Hi
I am having a bad couple of days if I'm honest. The scales have hardly moved over the last few weeks despite eating sensibley and getting plenty of exercise. I know the bands not a magic cure or anything but neverthe less I am feeling disappointed and frustrated. Anyway, the last few days Ive eaten chocolate and my healthy food plan has gone right out the window. Of course now I feel even worse

what a surprise!
I would really appreciate some encouragement /support from any of you out there to help me keep on keeping on with what I know is a long road ahead of me.
