| Daily check-In: Food & Excersise tracker
Okay, So I thought a daily check-in thread might help me keep on track, and keep myself honest. I'm pre first fill and having some difficulties as I have little to no restriction. So I'm starting a thread were we put total calories, carbs, fat, protein, water and excercise for the day.
Calories: 539
Carbs: 24
Fat: 15
Protein: 82
Water: 64oz+
Exercise: 60 min cardio: 600 calories burned
