| congrats to july 2006' bandsters!
Well, we made it to our one year mark. I was banded on 7-17-06 and I have lost a total of 78 lbs. I'm very pleased with that. I am now down to 168 lbs. I have another 43 lbs to go to reach my goal weight. I am confident that I will reach it. This band has changed my life in so many ways. I finally have the self confidence that I had lost down the road to self destruction with food. I would love to hear how the rest of you july 2006 bandsters are doing, and how much you have lost so far.I hope you are all very happy with your new hot bods.:D
