City: Van Nuys State: California | Just spoke to Christina and she is doing better. She is hoping to go home on Friday but no guarantees. She is getting more tests done as a precaution to make sure things are back to normal. I told her all her Privates are wishing her well and sending her prayers. She appreciated that so much.
While I was on the phone with her the flowers were delivered and she read the note back to me and laughed. That is a great sign. I am scheduled to call her later this afternoon.
If there is any change I will come back and post something. Otherwise know that she appreciates all your prayers and well wishes.

City: Van Nuys State: California | Just got off the phone with Christina. Today is much better than yesterday was for her. They found more clots in her body so they started her on blood thinners. Since she is off the birth control (which I think caused the stroke and docs seem to agree) her TOM is rearing it's ugly head. LOL!! She is weak but managed to chuckle a time or two in the conversation.
She wants to say thank you to all who are sending up prayers and to thank us for sending the flowers. The blue vase cheers her up each time she sees it.
I will report more when I know more.
