I need a little extra push to drop these pounds. I figured a relatively long challenge might help me out.

I usually weigh in on Thursday at home and once a month at doctors. I will use my home scale which is three pounds heavier than doctors scale, but have weekly access to it. So here is mine.

Seriously can those people who are losing 3-4 pounds per week regularly please post your exact diet and exercise plan. I am getting damned frustrated with the slowness of my weight loss.
I will be weighing in tomorrow.
