Jack, I'm glad you did the tape measuring. I didn't do that and now 72 pounds on down the road, I'm wondering how many inches I've lost. About the skin: Have you lost a great deal of weight already? Or could it be some mild dehydration? I know you've had trouble getting all of your liquids in.

I'm intrigued by your success and hope to emulate it. Have you posted some of your early learning tribulations I can locate?

I have increased water drinking capacity today and have nearly finished my SECOND liter!! and not yet 6PM. Joy of joys!!!

I have also noted today I'm able to take 2 oz of my protein goo at a time without pain...

I don't think I'm dehydrated because I still have pretty good urine production. I know skin turgidity does depend somewhat on cellular water content...maybe I should go stand on in the desert and dry out a little more....ho ho....

Jack, great job! I didn't do the measurements either. I didn't want to know at the time. LOL But, really, do work on getting your fluids in. By the time you realize you're dehydrated, you could already have some very serious problems.
