1st NSV today

I had a meeting at work today and I had not seen a few of my subordinates since starting my weight loss journey. One of them came up and the first words out of their mouth was that it looked like I was melting away.

I thought they were making a joke but they noticed I had lost a fair amount of weight.....the great thing is...nobody at work even knows I am dieting....so they weren't just being polite.

I must say...that rocked...because I don't see it yet...but obviously they must.

Congratulations! 28 lbs - that's quite a loss! I'm not surprised they noticed. Wow - just noticed that you're not even banded. Way to go!! :)

Thanks...I think I like the NSVs better than watching the scale move.
