I thought this was interesting advice:
"I have ice in my drinks all day long. The only time that I don't is
right before I eat. It tends to close you up. It is actually a good
trick that I use during the day to make me think I'm "full".

Yes, cold drinks make me tighter. I drink most things room temp and dont mess around with the restriction like that. Get it to a good level and dont play games....

Audree and Susan,
I know you are both off tomorrow. I'll be thinking of you both for the next few days. Audree, use Dr. Ortiz's computers and let us know how you are doing. I think you'll both do great.
Take care of yourselves and keep us informed. You are set for a wonderful change in your lives!

Does anyone know if you have you surgery in mexico what is the Bmi they require mine is 35.5 is that enough for the Lap Band surgery? Also what about that 6 month diet plan, Is that nessassary, or just if you use insurance? I will probably use Audree Doctor.

LaJuanna,
Dr. Ortiz, who was my doctor and is Audree's does not require a six month diet, just a week before surgury. And a BMI of 35.5 is perfectly acceptable.
Good luck.
