LJM.. a question? Do you have anxiety about flying with out taking it along?
I'm still afraid to get on amusement park rides, as I have had to get off before the ride got started! Too embarrassing. I think I can fit now -BUT STILL WORRY.
Congratulations, and that is a cool thing to offer it, and ask to keep the favor going! Love it.

hi MM,
well, i've flown 4 times without it. i kind of feel like it is part of my big girl clothes.... i got rid of those as well. no use hanging onto them cause im not going to get to that size again, its almost an incentive NOT to gain weight, ya know? if i gain weight, i'll have to buy an entire wardrobe - again. and i dont want to do that. i only kept a few clothes that i slip into when im feeling like crap. they let me see how far i've come.

congrats on 100 lbs!
