TTC after Lap-Band

Hi I am thinking about getting Lap Band, but don't want to wait a year to TTC. I have already been pregnant once at end of Feb and lost the baby at 5 weeks. So we really want another baby. I also want to lose some weight. I don't have a lot to lose, but probably 60-80 pounds. I was wondering how long you waited to get pregnant after Lap Band or if it was accidental how long it was after your surgery. Also did you have any problems, and how was losing weight after pregnancy. Thanks for any answers.

It seems every surgeon's instructions are different. I, personally, wasn't given any rules about timeframe. I started TTC 5 months after I got my band, but it took another 6 months to get pregant, so I ended up being almost a year out.
