Not much, that's for sure! But nobody can really answer this question, since everyone is at different levels of restriction. Some people that are too tight can barely drink water. Some people might only be able to eat a couple bites. But according to everything I've read, heard, and experienced, somewhere between 1/2 and one cup of mushed up food is about what an average pouch holds.

I agree with Lisa,
I can only do about 1/2 cup to a full cup but most of the time it is less than a full cup.

These amounts are pretty much the norm. Also, part of the 10 rules is to not eat any longer than 15-20 minutes, regardless of the sizes. It's quite tempting to try to eat for longer periods of time which only serves to get in MORE food.

I don't weigh or measure my foods. I prepare my meal on a salad plate or saucer and that seems an adequate amount.
