hi everyone, i had mi first fill last monday, im having a lot of trouble eating bread, eggs and crackers, ill appreciate some experiences about other hard to eat things after a fill

Bread, eggs, rice and crackers are hard for a lot of people. Try to stick with protein like meat. Usually you will loosen up a bit and then you can try some of the things that won't work for you now.

hi SirGeorge,

I had some difficulty with those items after my first fill, but try to work your way up to those items. And of course, remember to take small bites, eat slowly, and chew, chew, chew!

I found (when I had restriction) that anything that took way too much chewing, like steak, etc, I quickly became very disinterested in, and spit it out!

Beginning wt: 6/06-207 lbs.
Pre-surgery wt: 187 lbs.
2/19: 12 lb. wt. loss
5/9: total weight loss-50 lbs!
8/7/07: total loss 66lbs.
18 lbs. to go

If you are going to eat steak, I recommend the filet mignon as it is an awesome cut and literally melts in your mouth.
