Dilation maybe?

I have been banded for over a year and a half and I have exceed my goal. However recently I have lost all sense of restriction. I went in for another fill with no change but I have tons of air build up and am constantly burping. I feel constant pressure in the upper section of my stomach and I feel pressure aound the area where the band is. Any ideas what this may be? I have no insurance and my doc isn't really providing any information. Has anyone experienced this?
