Anyone with shoulder pain after a fill?

I got a fill on Tuesday, and apparently ate more than I should. Now I am in so much pain with gas and shoulder pain. Laying down relieves it, but nothing else. I spoke with the Doctor and he told me to stay on liquids, which I am fine with, but has anyone had that and what did you do to alleviate it?

I had about two hours of intense shoulder pain...as I was driving home. It was horrible. Thankfully it passed. It was a horrible sensation.

I have not had a fill yet (banded 3 weeks ago) but did over eat a bit this past weekend and WOW - did I pay for it. So uncomfortably full and intense left shoulder pain. I just sat in a comfy chair and waited for it to pass - seemed like an hour or two. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I also get the horrible left shoulder pain. The only thing that relieves it is to LOWER it. I slump so that my opposite shoulder is higher and the pain goes away within a minute. I thought gas pain should be gone after a week or two after surgery but I don't know how else to explain this.
