Have you tried toast - I eat weight watcher lite bread (40 cal a slice) I put a little peanut butter or butter on it..
I follow a weight watcher eating plan - I have to have my starches - I don't have them for every meal - but I will have some - 1/2 c rice for dinner or tatos or pasta - but I seem to be one of the lucky ones - i have restriction but can eat just about anything as long as I eat slowly - chew...
Yep no water afterwards - it just makes it worse - i did the same thing - now i know just to pb it up ...
You will now know to stop before that one more bit - it's hard and sometimes you will still take that one more bite - but after awhile - you will learn to stop...
