No longer obese
I've been waiting for this day for a long time. I am no longer considered obese just OVER WEIGHT!

Now, If this 50 year old can do it anyone can. It doesn't matter how long it takes only that we make it.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day. It's a beautiful morning and I'm going for a bike ride.
