I would go to this doctor ..Plastic Surgery Tijuana Mexico Baja California San Diego Center
Dr. Gutierrez Romero’s, I dont know anyone who has gone to him ,but 1 of his things is he works with operation smile and being a nurse i am familar with that orginization and they have high standards for the doctors they let par take in this ....
