Good morning!!

Just got back from my 3 mile walk(working my up to running, just need healing time first) and drank 8oz water and 1/2 cup pasta salad. Have to shower soon and get ready for my first day back at work in 3 weeks. A bit nervous, hope it goes okay. 8 hours on my feet trying not to bend or lift too much. How are you all doing today?? I hope wonderful!! Keep us up to date.

Sounds like you are doing great! Pasta salad sounds so yummy right now! I can't even have soft foods until the 30th. I'll just pretend this Slim Fast is a pasta salad...LOL
