I really need to evaluate my situation. If I am still eating poorly after my fill, I am going to have to look into something like OA. I quit smoking three years ago, and really started eating. I need to really do something different. I am not eating just when I am hungry. I do recognize that. I also recognize that I am not drinking all of the water that I should. I am trying to stay positive and say, At least I am not drinking soda anymore, or, at least I am not eating a whole pizza by myself! I am also about to get a treadmill, so maybe that will help.

Ugh.

Great idea on the treadmill 80's chick. I wouldn't be losing as quick without it.

Well, as I said before - I just needed to factor back in my mini snacks throughout. Since then and in only a week's time I went from 247.5 to 240. Pretty neat!

I wish I was allowed a protein shake. My doctor told me that I am not allowed any more protein shakes. I did find a protein bar that is only 180 calories, 19 grams of protein and only 2 grams of sugar. The bars taste really great. I think they are called pure protein. I found them in my store's nutrician center.

I had to stop my in between snacks. Just for the last few days, I have exercised, drank plenty of water and cut out the snacks and I started taking Benefiber (so I could go regularly) and I feel like I'm losing in my stomach. I think if I could get rid of the "apron" I could go down a size in my clothes. I now make sure I eat enough proteins and veggies even if it's more than a 1/2 cup and I get full and then I don't want to snack in between because I stay full, sometimes 3 hrs and sometimes 4 hrs. I hope that I have lost a little. It is so discouraging to not lose, but I guess like everyone else, I have to step back and take a look at what I'm eating. So I think that the snacks weren't helping. I was even eating the 100 calorie snacks.
