being fat destroyed my body

jfran, I went for a consult with a PS for a lower body lift and asked about preganancy (even though hubby and I don't plan on having kids, I had to ask, just in case). He said he was happy to do it and that after the lift, if I was heathly, fit and looked after my skin, I was as likely as the next woman to get out of it new stretch mark free (luck of the draw really!). Ask your PS when you go see them. As you say, you have 7+years to live with your body the way it is, you can always get a revision if you need it.

I have has the skin chopped from my stomach and my thighs, next will be my arms and my boobs. I am 22 and i feel like i want the body i would have had if i had been this size my whole life.It is an indiviual choice but i figure when i have kids i can get a c-section and they can fix it up while their in there lol
I did have so much skin it was unhealthy cause i have rashes and stuff though(you needed to know that)

Best of luck to everyone! -- I'm trying to stay away from threads like this because they freak me out. I just want to go back to being happy that I'm going to lose weight.. instead of freaked out about the excess skin. ahhh. lol.

Yes i was banded in early 2001, i was VERY young for the band but i was also VERY young to be at risk of a heart attack
