Hi, my name is Mark, from ND. I'm 19 years old and I was banded 7-18-07 and I have lost 115 pounds. I have never felt better and living my life to the fullest!!!

hey mark... can you give me some tips? i cant seem to keep weight off. Ive been banded since oct and ive been as low as 153, but im back up to 170! thats only 8 lbs down from what i was banded at!! Help!!

hi mark, im also 19 and im considering getting the LAP-BAND® but im really really nervous about if. were you nervous before you got it done? if so, how did you deal with it?
