As of this morning I have lost 100 pounds since my surgery. I lost 55 before surgery so that makes a total of 155 pounds gone forever!!!

Down another half a pound. I am going for a fill on Monday, so hopefully that will speed things up once again. I am a bit frustrated!

First time weighing in. Does someone mind adding me to the list. I didn't lose a pound from last week. But I did go up and down on the scale daily so I feel like I have a loss, after a long struggling week. Do you guys have a deal how often you get on the scale each week. Right now I'm doing daily.


Congratulations Potatie. Sugarbean, and Scrappy Friend - way to go. I know this isn't an easy journey, at least for me it's not. I can't wait to get there. Down 90lbs!

Fenton - so glad to hear the resolve in your voice. I gained 3.5 lbs this week and finally got them off by today. I don't know you well but you seem like a hoot! . By the way , what does the CLAW mean and what does KPOD stand for? congratulations on the 100 LBS!!!!! Way to Go

You can just add yourself in by quoting it and then adding your name and weight...good luck

SOme very nice scores here - particular props to Amanda, who's clearly using the energy from the challenges she's facing to drive weight loss, and not just giving in and eating.

Bandana, Englishmen can never be described as "a hoot". KPod is K-Podski, one of our fellow bandsters. And as for THE CLAW, you must see for yourself:

I think it's actually easier just to select, copy and paste - that keeps it out of a floaty little box that the quotes come in.
