Wow - what a difference 40 pounds makes! You look great! I started at 248 and I'm currently at 206 - I wish I would have taken photos! I am going to get the camera right now to start documenting my weight loss - it will help during the slow times!

Hi Shamrocks,
Well, i've finally decided to HTFU and post some progress pics!
First off, let's start with something positive. This is me P.P.O.P. (pre-piling on the pounds), about 5 years ago. This weight that I'm at here is my Lap Band goal weight. (Pic in red dress).
Then, here are two hideous ones from my highest ever weight. These were taken in january (blond hair, black top).
Now, here are some pics from today, in unflattering black lycra. This is down 16kg (35lbs).
Phew. That was therapeutic!

But, if I were you, I'd have photoshopped out my bellybutton lint for that last image...
