This one is good too - it's blueberry white tea.

This is my absolute favorite. It's calorie free and naturally sweet.

South Beach Living On the Go packs

This is one of my favorites. Add it to water and shake. It tastes good (colder is better) and it gives you 5 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein.

I'd post a photo of it, but I have no idea how...sorry.

Does anyone know how much caffeine is in the crystal light tea drinks? I was told to stay away from caffeine and it about killed me to give up my diet pepsi. I substituted Lipton diet green tea but they told me that also has caffeine. (I still drink it somethimes tho.) It would be good to know if any of the tea drinks have less caffeine than others.

98% cafffiene free which means about 15 mg of caffiene per "on the go" serving. In each packet there are two servings.

How much caffeine is in a regular cup of tea? I drink the peach tea all the time and it doesn't seem to be causing problem. I'm losing weight.
