Bad link up there.

I like the idea of having it here. I don't have any Mushy Stage Recipies yes, but I want to dream of Mushy Food. =) lol.

Mushy stage recipe I love...

Refried beans (non-fat, low sodium) protein
Taco Salsa (can make at home or buy in bottle low sodium) vegetables
Cheese (dairy)

If you buy the salsa might have to throw in the food processor first since most have chunks of tomatoes that need to be mushed.

warm the beans in the microwave.....warm up the salsa on the side and sprinkle the cheese on top....

I love it!

Breakfast:

instant oatmeal (banana bread)
make with water or milk as preferred...
add some bananas...
cook in the microwave.....and then put it all into the food processor....

Egg beaters
1/4 cup = 1 egg
1 oz of Salsa
sprinkle a bit of cheese

I make a spanish omelet with this.... Quick, easy, tasty but most important filling..

Lunch or Dinner

Today for dinner I made my own version of a potatoe salad
I took three red potatoes and peeled them and cut them into very small pieces (the smaller the better because they will blend faster once cooked)

I boiled them along with one egg( the egg boiled for 10 minutes only) with
the potatoes

I sliced some onions & green peppers, peeled the egg and threw it all in the food processor along with pimento peppers and some of the water that comes with the canned pimentos.

Mix all together along with some light mayo....and voila!

kjeter, I'm right there with you. Alabama girls would have to have the mustard too... I love the refried bean and salsa recipe.. I'm gonna have to give that one to my best friend. She has been craving salsa. Thanks for the awesome recipes.

I started mushies, and I found that if I can put it in the blender, I still like it. I am exctied about the salsa receipe. My husband is a great cook and he made Gordita's last night. I had soup and was feeling bad for myself. But now on taco night, I can try this!!
