i have a protein shake in the morning, vanilla powder protein stuff from trader joe's, add 1 cup milk and a banana and a pack of splenda and crushed ice. blend and it's like a yummy milk shake at 263 calories.
I have mashed potatoes and put some cheese on top (add garlice sometimes) and put in my big muffin tin (holds 1 cup each) and bake for a while, eat one with no fat sour cream. and put the others in fridge and or freezer.
I take 1/3 of a can of spicey refried beans and sprinkle a little cheese on top and heat up. then i mash up 1/2 avocado and mix with no fat sour cream and layer on top and a couple tablespoons of salsa on top. very yummy. this can add up to 400 calories so it's my dinner.
i have also found that if i eat too fast or too much my left shoulder pain comes back in full force, had to take 2 pain pills once but someone told me this is a soft sign for those reasons...I'm learning!
i have not had on PB or sliming yet...i'm greatful for that.
had a fudgecycle at Bingo the other night and it was only 130 calories! it was good but was melting every where before I could finish it.
sugar free pudding cups are only 60 calories.
I'm trying to stay between 900 and 1000 calories now that i'm in the mushy stage.

are you counting calories or anythng everybody?
