I don't know! LOL My doctor has me on low carb. That's the only thing I can attribute it to. Well that and usually not getting above 800 calories a day! LOL
Just working hard. Have definitely increased my activity by working the yard a lot. Have just begun to drink more water. But haven't started an exercise program yet. Probably at the point where I need to. Just trying to figure out where to fit it in my day!
