guys and plastic surgery

Any of the guys on here had plastic surgery? What did you have done and how long after reaching your goal did you have it done? Trying to gauge when and what I should have done. I know I need it to get rid of the skin issues but the skin is in places that I don't ever see mentioned in the other plastic surgery sections if you know what I mean.
