8 day Post Op

I went to the doctor's today, and since my surgery, I lost 10 lbs, which I think is great in itself. I am on my way to the gym to hit the weights.

GREAT!!! Don't try to be TOO much flash quite yet....

Each day is better and easier and full recovery is amazingly rapid for most Bandsters.

Lopro, your loss is my inspiration, just dont overdue it with the weights so soon postop. otherwise think lean, mean, fighting machine--
