I was banded in Peoria,IL by Dr. James Debord Peoria Surgical Group at St. Francis Medical Center.

Thrilled with my whole experience their Bariatric Program is one of the best in the Nation and they are a Center of Excellence as well.

Talking Banded In Mexico And Loving Every Minute Of It
I WAS BANDED BY DR RUMBAUT IN MONTEREY, MEXICO. I FOUND HIM ON GASTRICBAND.COM. HE'S WORLD CLASS AND DOES FREE FILLS FOR ALL OF HIS PATIENTS.. YOU CANT BE FREE.. AND EVEN IF IT DID COST. ITS WOULD HAVE BEEN A TEENY TINY PRICE TO PAY TO FINALLY BE FREE FROM FAT... GOTTA LOVE THIS DR.. I'D DO IT A MILLION TIMES OVER...

For banding? Or that guy that does mini gastric bypass?

If it is the MGB guy, what a horror. Don't go there. He claims that with bands it is impossible to lose weight. Yet he doesn't tell that MGB isn't a hit in the US or any other country because of the high failure rate.

He's a joke in the medical community.

Had my lap band placed on 07/21/2007 in Tijuana Mexico by Dr. Gonzalez. I am 17 1/2 weeks post-op and have lost 35 pounds so far. I had a great experience with Dr. G and being in Mexico.
