Looking for Surgeon near South Carolina

Need LAP-BAND® by doctor request, insurance naturally wont even consider it, Blue Cross of SC. Was looking at options for self pay. Considering all options, thought of Mexico but that is still a little scary. Do any of you know surgeon in my are who is under 10,000k. Thanks
