fleminld Registered User Join Date: Feb 2008 Age: 31 Posts: 111 City: puyallup State: wa	Lap Band by GHC in Washington State Hello. I am new and just got my approval letter from insurance to join the program at Group Health. I was wondering if anyone here has had theirs done by them. What the expierence was like and the Doctors requirements. I dont have my first appointment with nurse,which is by phone until next month.
