Help! Need Fill Doctor

I was banded by Dr. Sanchez in Mexico in 2002 and I am still not at my goal weight. On top of all that--i think I may have stretched my pouch because it seems as if I am able to eat almost as much as i used to. The only bright spot in this is that i have not gained all the weight i lost back. I was wondering, does anyone out there know of a good, inexpensive fill doctor that does not mind adjusting foreign banded patients in TEXAS?

I have not been banded yet, but I to am looking for a Dr. that does fills in Oregon. I am going to have my surgery done in Mexico. I think ant Bajanor in Tijuana. Anyone been there or are from Oregon?
