Go to Doctor or NOT???

I had my lap band surgery in July 2005; I have lost around 60 pounds,
had an endoscopy in 2007, everything okie dokie.
I have not been back to the lap band doctor in ONE YEAR 5/17/07 was the last time.

I am not having any problems, still have restriction;
do I need to go to the DR, just because I haven’t in a year????

My doctor recommends every 6 months and every 3-6 months to have blood work done to be sure you are not vitamin or protein difficient... a check up wouldn't hurt....

Sounds like you are okay. Some doctors do recommend an endoscopy every year. I would call and see if you can get ahold of your doctor just to let him know everything is okay and see if he wants to see you. Good luck.
