Buffalo Band June Final weigh in!

does anyone have any info on final weigh in? My appt. got moved from monday to this friday and I'm worried about the 5%.... do they really cancel surgery if you didn't make it? I'm freakin out...

Sorry, I don't know the policy of your doctor's office. Call them. I know you need to lose some weight to help shrink or loosen up the fat around your liver - that is important as well as the high protein diet.

When are you having surgery?

i didnt lose the whole 5% and my surgery was approved. it depends on your insurance.

Phew..had my final weigh in today and all went well..I lost a couple more pounds so, I'm relieved.

Can someone point me in the direction of the best thread around here for the best protein shakes?? I'm sure it's been discussed already so I hate to start a new thread..thanks!
