bariatric surgeon in Indiana area

I am looking for a surgeon that will accept cash patient at a discounted price.
My health insurance will ''not'' cover any bariatric surgeries.

Can anyone give me any advice regarding good surgeons i the Indiana area. I live in Westfield, Indiana...Thanks!

I had my surgery done in Noblesville with Indiana Obesity Center-
Dr. Keith McEwen. He is an awesome Dr. and has performed the most lap Band surgerys in Indiana. I would highly recomend him, I also paid cash.

Thanks for the information. I went to the website and printed out the registration forms. His fee is $17,000.00.
Is that approximately what you paid?
I had a counsel with Dr. Margaret Inman at St. Vincents in May and their fee with or without insurance is $26,000.00.
I have various health issues and need to lose approximately 60/70 pounds. I work in Noblesville so Dr. McEwen's office would be very close.

Dr McEwen is usually about $16500.00 sometimes if you are healthy $15500.00. Total out patient. You can see he is the only surgeon flagged on the www.lapband.com site for performance. I paid cash and it was $16500.00 then but my friend had hers more recent and was $15700.00

I am doing great I was banded October 2007 I have lost 50+ as of right now. I have had an awesome experience with his office very nice and good at what they do.
