Hi, anyone used Dr. Titus Duncan for their Lap Band surgery? If so, how did he do?

I used Dr. Duncan/Dr. Rashid for surgery--and I didn't like the service at all. I was a cash pay patient and he does all the cash payers. I was supposed to be "pre-op"-ed and they forgot--seriously forgot--to have me sit through the nutritional classes so I got out of surgery and only had a small idea of what I could and couldn't eat. It was two months after surgery that the nutritionist finally approached me. They also "forgot" to prescribe me any pain meds or anti-nausea medication so I went home after surgery (a 2 hour drive) on a Friday afternoon without anything and I was so sick, I thought I was going to die. Literally, 10 minutes after being awoken from anesthesia--my clothes were thrown at me and the nurse said, "Get dressed." Within 30 minutes of surgery, I was being pushed out the door--sick to my stomach and in pain--without anything to take for it. Not only that but every time I take a half day of vacation from work to get "filled"--I have to wait hours. I mean, last time it was almost 2 hours and I live 2 hours away--and they are in a different time zone than I am. The receptionist who works there is a complete idiot, they botched my financial account and asked me for $18,000 (my whole surgery didn't cost $18,000), filed through insurance when they weren't supposed to, and on and on. Some days they are in such a hurry that "forget" to weigh me...I mean, what is that?
I would run--RUN--away from them. Seriously. Find someone better.

Dr. Duncan did my surgery as well in January 2008. I have been very pleased with my care. Yes there were areas that could improve but, overall very pleased with physician and surgery.
