| That final push
I've decided to follow Paulax's example and create a countdown thread to force a little accountability onto me. I'm about 25 lbs from where I want to be (160-165), and been basically stalled since October.
So, time to push...

Mantee, my goal is 185 and I'm currently 218. I have about 32 lbs to go. My goal is to maintain during the Holidays then get a fill in January. Last time I was at 3.2 ccs I was able to lose 6 lbs in 2 weeks. Right now I just want to maintain at 2.9 ccs. Good luck.

I don't think I'll ever understand weight loss. I literally sat on my rear all weekend (doc's orders) and lost 2 lbs.
Oh, well, it's all good....
