Hi ! I'm Rhonda and was banded May 24, '06 by Dr. Hadar Spivak in Houston. I live in the Little Rock area and travel for my band ck/fills. I'm still bouncing 6-9 lbs from my goal. I'm going back in a week for a ck.
I could use a little motivation from ya'll to get my butt in gear and exercise these last pounds off. Anyway, I'm here just for the commraderie. Thanks
