Anyone up for an exercise challenge in August? Any suggestions?

Anyone think an hour a day is reasonable? It would be a total of 1800 minutes for the month.

Ohhhhhhhh, thank you! I need motivation as well. If I am not doing this by myself and if someone else is doing it as well then I can do it.

I have to get a ticker with the appropriate minutes, that keeps me honest. ;) But I realize not everyone needs something to keep them honest.

OMG..sorry I have been out of the loop! I burned my legs really bad going tubing :( I have 2nd and 3rd degree burns on both legs. Once I get past this pain and swelling I'm right there with you on the challenge. Guess I'll have to really kick it up since I'll be missing some time!!!
