Banded 12/11/07. I've only lost 19 pounds but that includes the 6 pounds I lost on the two week pre-op liquid diet. I get my first fill on Monday 1/21/08. I just started exercising last week. I was afraid if I started too soon I'd injure something in my abdomen, like I did in week 2 post-op. Doc says I ripped a stitch through the muscle. Ouch!

I was banded December 20, 2007. So far I have only lost 19 pounds, but its enough to keep me motivated. I haven't found anything I can't eat yet. I see a lot of people say there are a lot of things they can't eat. I don't know what PB is though. Can someone fill me in?

My first fill was 02/21/08 and I have 4 cc. Is that a lot? My second fill will be March 20.

Had surgery on Dec 18th and have lost 77 pounds so far. I have about 10 more to go and then I am done.
