Well I am still sleeping all the time and eating too much. I hate that I am depressed and a bummer. I am taking too many sleeping pills at night. I think that I have a problem.

I am at work, not working. I gave my official notice to Dr. Pankow and my last day is April 13, which is about 2.5 weeks away. I am going to go to Columbus for a couple of days after my dad leaves. He is coming to help me get my stuff out of Dr. Pankow's office I guess.

I have been a slacker on exercise for the last week and a half and that always depresses me. It was 86* yesterday and I didn't work out. I also took sleeping pills and slept all morning instead of working out again....

Well I have totally skipped the mushy stage with the lapband. I can eat whatever I want now. I am eating a bit less but for the most part am kinda pigging out. I consider it a reaction to the liquid stage and getting hungry.

But it is definitely time to work on the diet part of this. I am not really restricted but I definitely feel full earlier. I think a diet will be easier but I do have to go on a diet.

So that is my plan for the weekend. To get myself dieting...

I have been accepted into the accelerated MSN program. It is still not 100% official but it is more official than it was yesterday. I talked to the guy on the phone and he said if I got an email like that then I am in.

So my next step is to find out when the summer session starts and what number of classes I will be taking so I can decide whether I am going to take the statistics class now or over the summer.

I am very excited about it.

It is very funny how time gets away from me. I meant to post a few times during the week. Overall it was a really good week for me. I think part of the reason I am feeling so good is because I am exercising. I also think it is because I am getting off the sleep drugs. I really think I potentially have a drug problem there. I have been really tempted to go and get them several times and may have done so if my dad wasn't here. But I also don't want to wreck my momentum. And I just know that...
