I had a appointment with my pcp on sept 11, for a chest xray, also a ekg, on sept 19, i went for a stress test, where they give you a shot in your iv, to slow your heartrate then you get on a traedmill. an walk, let me tell you i have never in my life been on a treadmill,it was like watching a newborn baby walk,what a shame,i do exercise but it,s on a stationary bike, let me tell you i was pitiful then they speed it up, but she said i did good.i hit the mark. you has to go a certain speedi guest...

today i went to my evaluation today oct,2 an pass with flying colors did not have to answer a whole lot of questions, only the one,s he sent in the mail. maybe 20 questions,that he had all arrange in similar order, an paid him $150.00 an was on my way, back to waterbury, i went to newhaven for the evaluation. me an my daughter.monday i have to take another part of my stress test with my pcp, so i hope everything goes okay. wish me luck, good luck to everyone on your new journey...

today sept,25th yale university call some lady told me over the phone about my surgery she tried to push the bypass on me, i almost cried. this person gonna tell me about my insurance blue care family plan, she said you gonna have the bypass because it,s gonnacure your diabetes, i said no i want the lapband, then i told her they switch my insurance, then she said that,s a different story i told her they cover both insurance also which i already knew, she gonna tell me...

here it is sept 16. the nutrionist fax my records over to the doctor,s office. they were their a week from friday so i decided to give the office a call they were indeed there, i,m thinking the office suppose to call me for a appt. wrong she said i have everything except your evaluation i was shock if i had known you suppose to make your own appt. it would have been done earlier. so i ask who she recomend she gave me a name. but he,s in newhaven an dosen,t take medicare he charges $150.00...
