<font color="#323232"><font face="Verdana">I know that I haven't posted in months, but I have been extremely busy. But all is well, well actually all was well until June 25, 2009. The day my sweet Michael Jackson passed away. That was the worst day of my life and I am still crying. It saddens me to know that such a loving and kind person is no longer in a world that so desperately needs him. I am so hurt. </font></font><br />
 <br />
<font color="#323232"><font face="Verdana">However, as a result of Michael's passing, I've decided to start a foundation, Stop the Hurt. Start the Healing. And our mission is to continue Michael's legacy of giving to the less fortunate. I think Michael would be proud. <font color="#323232"><font face="Verdana">As for band news, I'd rather not go there. LOL! It will be three years on January 11th and I've only had three fills. And I can EAT everything with no problem!! I am scared that my band may have eroded !! I pray that it hasn't...but I have an appointment on August 31st. So wish me luck!!</font></font><br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Wow I can't believe that 2yrs ago today I was preparing myself to be banded on January 11, 2007. Sooooo much has changed since then and I do mean SOOO much. But I thank God that most of the changes has been good changes. However there were others that were bad and scary. Just to elaborate a little my job was relocated and I had to find another, but thankfully I found one a week later. On a more personal note I have maintained my weight and exercise for almost two years. Although I am not at my goal of 170 I am working really hard on accomplishing that goal by January 11th 2009. In a few hours I will begin a new chapter in my life and I must admit that I am looking for to leaving a lot of people in 2008. I am looking forward to not being too nice, don't get me wrong, but when I say that I look forward to not being too nice, I mean to people that do NOT deserve me or my kindness....can you believe a very special person that I hold close to my heart said that me being too nice was &quot;wierd&quot; I was atonished! I'm like damn shivery is dead indeed! But that person is one of the ones that I plan on leaving in 2008(but I will need strength). Anyway I am getting to windy here so I wish everyone a Happy and FULL New Year(the #9 means fullness and FAT in the Hebrew language(I hope I got that right)) meaning that one will be full of blessings and it also means re-establishment and return. I expect God to re-establish me in 2009 and give me a return on everything that I have lost in the past years!!So Happy New Year and great blessings!!!<br />

<font size="3"><font color="darkred">Well I've decided to check in since it has been a while. Well I'm about to wrap up the fall semester at school(THANK YOU JESUS!!) Now I can focus on my exercise. I do have somewhat of a trainer...I've been stuck at 183 for three months. I am vowing to be at my goal by January 11th. I go for my third fill on 12/19 (WOOHOO!). I can basically eat anything!! But I during the week I don't eat any solid food, and I have my protein shake (sugarfree choc syrup, sugarfree Blue Bell Great <font color="darkorange"><b>Divide, peanut butter, ice, and choc protein powder). It's my wanna be Reese's Peanut Butter cup shake.  I do need to get more water in, I try to work out during the week, but it has been hard with work and school full time. Well I fell out because my sugar level was extremely low and I have been &quot;trying&quot; to eat more, but during the week I refuse too. I think it's because my workouts have been less and I've been eating a bit (that'll do it), but the good news is I haven't gained!! Anyway, today is my fourth day on liquids. As much as I hated this phase in the beginning it's working out good this time around for some reason. Maybe I am anxious about my 2 year anniversary on 10/1 and my birthday on 11/4. So I'm hoping I will be down about five pounds by Sunday when I weigh:embarassed:!!
