The journal ability was gone for awhile. Since then Ive had a fill and consider myself at a sweet spot. I frequently get 3-4 bitee syndrome especially if im really hungry. It has been a SLOW weight loss but I will take it!! I was not successful prior to my band- especially since It took so long then also. Well.... my good girl friend found out thru my medical record from endocrine that I had lap band. She claimed hurt- I explained it was because she was not supportive and called it the easy way out that she did not get the priviledge of knowing.
All seems well, she is obsessive with low carb she will get over not knowing of my lapband. she wasnt there for my hyst why would she think she would be there for my lapband.

I am fearful of my 3rd fill since Dr Hamn told me repeated...

Had my yearly physical and all went well, The blood work was 100% normal- even Tg and Lipid panel!!!!!!:clap2:
Today my FIRST NSV!!! A patients mom said- "you are going to disappear before long" I wanted to squeal and hug her neck. SHE IS THE FIRST PERSON TO NOTICE AND SAY SOMETHING!!!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Still holding steady at 186. My clothes fit differently but no huge weight loss. Maybe eating too much. (7 fried shrimp for lunch today) too may liquid calories from liquor at pharmaceutical dinners. FEAR getting too tight and losing band if I pb or have slippage. I am going in for fill 3-30. Dr. Hamn scared me by saying too may pokes into port can make it leak- so I need to go for fill by am afraid.
No one at work suspicious of wt loss since it has been so slow!!

FINALLY seeing some weight loss (186 TODAY). Not sure if it is low carb or change in thyroid meds. I'll take it either way!! minus 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks.
Still feel like I have fairly good restriction. HAVE to eat slowly!!
