Weigh in tonight at Weight Watchers.
I just had a fill and it's great! But, I feel as full from a couple strips of chicken as I do when I eat 1/2 a pizza. I FEEL that I'm heavier, even though my scale says I'm not. So then I FEEL like a failure.
I'm stuffed! I've had water today, too! OMG...I REALLY STUFFED.
I was 225 this morning on my scale...I'm crossing my fingers for tonight's weigh in. (Though, I think the scale at WW is FISHY!!! My scale at home matches my doctors, but the scale at WW always gets in a pound or so more....Makes me really wonder.)
