Glad I got my fill yesterday. Boy was I ready! As my wieght was dipping towrards 210 in the last few weeks it's been jumping up and when I had my fill yesterday I was 216.5.... This morning I am 214.4!
I also found a way to tolerate the Protein Juice's Lemon Tea flavor... I mixed it with lite lemon time... so much more tolerable.

Good Morning,
I'm getting ready to go to Orange County for my adjustment with Dr. Liu... weighed in at 216.5 this morning... ugh but hey it is what it is....
I'm going to tell him about the heartburn I had last week..OUCH and I'm going to ask, when can I start consulting for further surgery... I still feel I have a loooooot to do, but I'm a dork LOL

Not seriously going to Curves wich is NAUGHTY...
Not getting the protein in... I've been bad...
But today I'm trying to get back in shape.
I'm going to the gym after work and trying to log in my protein intake below...
I'm 214.2 lbs today... fitting in between a 12 and 14 (WTG I was a size 26 at the beginning of my journey)
I have an adjustment appointment next week.... I'm happy :)...

Have I actually hit my sweetspot or am I losing toooooo FAST?
It's only been two in a half weeks and I've gone from 228 to 213.5! That's 15 lbs!

I don't enjoy eating, I'm throwing up and just not very happy.... it seems as if nothingwill stay down or that I've grown an imulse to throw up ... I don't like that and think I need an unfill or perhaps to visit my doctor for something to take for this cough.. I swear this cold seems to be holding on for dear life and I'm just sick of it
