my name is sil i,m gonna be band by dr. bell at yale newhaven is their anyone else i haven,t gotten my date yet. i have 2 months to go on my 6months requirements as of today,i went to my fourth app, an lost 11lbs. can,t wait to be band.

HELLO EVERY ONE TODAY IS THE FOURTH OF JULY, LET ME TELL YOU WHAT I,VE EATEN, SO FAR I,VE HAD 2 HAMBURGERS, TURKEY BURGERS, ONE HOT DOG I THINK I DID VERY WELL, I,M DONE EATING FOR TODAY. JUST GONNA DO YOGURT,DRINK TEA THEN I,M ALL SET,I DIDN,T COOK ANY RIBS,OF CHICKEN NOTHING LIKE THAT ON THE GRILL,MY YOUNG ADULTS WENT OUT WITH THEIR FRIENDS, SO I REALLY DIDN,T COOK MUCH. IT,S 4:19 IN THE PM MAYBE I,LL READ ME A GOOD NOVEL. SO EVERYONE OUT THERE WHAT DID YOU DO FOR THE HOLIDAY.

I WAS BANDED ON 6/26/08 AND FOR MY 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION FEAST, I HAD A 6 oz WHEY PROTEIN SHAKE FOR BREAKFAST, WATER, JUICE, RITZ BITZ CRACKERS FOR LUNCH (WHICH I SHOULD HAVE HAD SOME PROTIEN) AND 1/2 CUP OF MUSHY BROCCOLI FOR DINNER.
FEELING VERY FULL AND I THINK I AM FINISHED FOR THE DAY.
