This is my first entery here. I go in for my new patient seminar tomorrow. I'm really nervous and scared, but at the same time I have to do this. I don't want to be sick later in my life, and I'm starting to have things happen... like sleep apnea. It has really helped to read the enteries from this site. I can't believe I happened on to it. I have realized the extent of my addiction to food just by the fear of not being able to "eat". I have done what everyone else here has done. I've done the diet pills.. the weight watchers, and the last was LA Weightloss. I lost 20 pounds, they changed my diet around and I started gaining. I got frustrated and quit. I'm still very fearful, but reading all the other enteries has been so helpful... yep.. that's me right now!
