Annoying

I am trying not to be that annoying patient that calls all the time….but I have my initial consult next Tuesday and the doctor’s office requires paperwork and most of all my 5 year weight history. My OB/GYB sent in the fax 2 weeks ago and I sent the rest the day after asking to confirm if they got all the paperwork. Nothing 
....no phone call. So, last Thursday I sent an e-mail asking to confirm if all paperwork received. And still nothing. Today I called and I had to leave a message. I don’t want to become annoying to the coordinator there and I do respect the fact that she very busy. I just want to know if they have all the paperwork. I will be patient again tomorrow, but Wednesday I have to become annoying again...

 |  Claudine' I thought it was just me.....I'm getting nowhere with the PCP and now the surgeon's office...No one answers their phone and when you get dumped in the voice mail no one returns the calls...God forbid you do get ahold of a human and they do make you feel like you're a "quivering idiot" ...and I often wonder if the Doctors know or want to know that their staff is treating their patients this way..I'm hating being made to feel this way...and I am trying not to consider starting all over again with another doctor as this may the "usual" treatment everywhere....all I know is I'm not feeling these "co-ordinators" but in the true sense of the word....they SUCK just my opinion shorty |
